I’m Paul Habersang, a Realtor® with Coldwell Banker Islands Realty. I’m pleased that you are visiting my website! Here is a little bit about me:

I first fell in love with Vermont as a kid, when our family vacationed (for many summers!) on Lake Champlain in the Islands. Fast forward to 2011, I was fortunate to accept a new career opportunity in Montpelier, Vermont’s capital city. Since 2011, I’ve lived and worked in greater Burlington and I now live in North Hero on the lake. One of my passions is stewarding and breathing new life into our 174-year-old historic farmhouse which overlooks City Bay. It is a breathtaking view of the lake and Mount Mansfield and we feel so fortunate to be caring for this historic and wonderful home.

As a Realtor® I am attentive to detail and I strive to treat all of my clients with professionalism, responsiveness, and respect. I provide my clients with the critical information and guidance they need to successfully navigate either buying or selling a home. I’m is very familiar with all of central and northern Vermont; particularly the real estate markets in Grand Isle, Chittenden, and Franklin Counties.
